Dillistone Group plc has been listed on the London Stock Exchange's AIM market for over twenty years. What began as a specialist recruitment software business has evolved, deliberately, into a permanent-ownership industrial group with two clearly-articulated divisions.

Our recruitment software division has been the group's operating engine for two decades. It trades today through Talentis (AI-driven executive search), Voyager (contingent staffing), FileFinder and ISV.Online (general permanent), and GatedTalent. Cash-generative, recurring-revenue, and quietly indispensable to its clients.

The next chapter

Dillistone Heritage

Launched to extend the group's ownership philosophy into the wider UK industrial economy. Heritage acquires small owner-managed businesses in support services, light manufacturing and specialist components — and holds them indefinitely, in the Nordic tradition of Indutrade, Addtech and Lifco.
